RATES AND INFORMATION
 

At Grandma Pearcy's Hilltop Home we want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing. At our place, you will have all the conveniences of grandma's house.

The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, dishes, linens, a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, stove and a toaster.

The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, shower and linens.

The bedrooms have an alarm clock, 1 full size bed, 2 twin size beds, 
2 roll-away beds, linens, pillows, telephones and a writing table.

The living room has couch, chairs, radio, television, VCR, a recliner and some board games and cards.

You have a back porch with a gas barbeque, table and chairs.

Farm fresh eggs and sausage will be awaiting your arrival.  The cabinets are also stocked with some staple goods.  You are welcome to bring your own food, or for an additional cost, we can stock the freezer with meat.

The house sleeps 7 people easily.
Please note that there is a maximum occupancy of 7 people.

This is a no smoking residence.
There are plenty of grounds outside where you may smoke.

Sorry, but we do have a no pet policy.

This is a family home. With that in mind, we do have a no alcohol/drug policy. 

To rent the home, you must be 21 years of age or older, and we ask that this person be in the home when other guests are on the premises.

Unfortunately, the home is not handicapped accessible.

RATES: $600.00 a week. Daily rates are also available for $150.00 for
                  first night and $75.00 for every additional consecutive night.
                  Rates do not include 12% Indiana Sales and Lodging Tax.

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your
                      reservation. Reservations will be held 5 calendar days 
                      awaiting your deposit. Once confirmed, a $25 service fee
                      may apply should you cancel. We gladly accept cashier
                      checks, postal money orders or personal checks. Sorry, but 
                      we do not accept credit cards. NOTE: If paying by personal
                      check, reservation is not confirmed until check has cleared.
                      There is an additional $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT: Payment in full is due upon arrival.
                                                      Payments must be made by cash, money 
                                                      order or certified check.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations will be held until 5 PM unless
                                                       notified of late arrival. Deposits will be
                                                       refunded when notified 14 days prior to
                                                       scheduled arrival, less a $25.00 service
                                                       fee. With early departure or cancellation of
                                                       any reserved dates with less than 14 days
                                                       notice, you will be charged for those nights
                                                       that the home is unoccupied. 

CHECK-IN: 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Please call if delayed.
                         Please notify us if you are planning a late arrival.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM.
